We also have take and bake sides like twice-baked potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts to accompany any protein procured from the butcher.

Our kitchen crew piles the toppings on fresh take-and-bake pies daily, with whole milk mozzarella and a wide variety of toppings on par-baked pizza crusts and flatbreads. We also make pepperoni, sausage, and even breakfast calzones from scratch that we keep for sale in our freezer section!

Chef and his team make a handful of staple pasta sauces from scratch available year-round, and seasonally produce soups from Fall through Spring like a classic Pasta Fagioli and our famous Short Rib Chili.
