Our Glenview location has a fully operational kitchen run by Chef Juanito Rodriguez where our team prepares a wide array of items for retail sale at both stores.
We also offer a full catering menu along with daily dinner specials that change every week. Prepared foods like sauces and soups, and take-and-bake entrees and sides for sale at our Skokie location are all made from scratch in our Glenview kitchen!
In addition to nightly dinner specials the kitchen crew whips up a handful of prepared entrees like the Chicken Pot Pie pictured here for heat and serve at home. We also have take and bake sides like twice-baked potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts to accompany any protein procured from the butcher.
PIZZA & CALZONES
Our kitchen crew piles the toppings on fresh take-and-bake pies daily, with whole milk mozzarella and a wide variety of toppings on par-baked pizza crusts and flatbreads. We also make pepperoni, sausage, and even breakfast calzones from scratch that we keep for sale in our freezer section!
SAUCES & SOUPS
Chef and his team make a handful of staple pasta sauces from scratch available year-round, and seasonally produce soups from Fall through Spring like a classic Pasta Fagioli and our famous Short Rib Chili.
